With Easter coming up, we had a request to make some Easter Bunny Stateroom Mickey Ears. If anyone has been on a Disney Cruise then you will probably know what these are after seeing them on stateroom doors. If not, then first let me urge you to go on one if you get a chance! Disney cruises are beyond awesome. They are so fun and relaxing, the kids clubs are amazing and the customer service is superb! Our first cruise was on the Disney Magic but now they have 4 ships to choose from. 🙂
If you have not taken a cruise yet, let me explain about the stateroom ears. All over the ship, people decorate their stateroom doors with magnets. The number for your stateroom is on a porthole on the door and these “ears” fit above the porthole for decoration. When we went on our first cruise in 2009, we heard about the door decorations on DISboards.com and thought it sounded like a fun idea. So we started to look around for some of these decorations. We came across some that were okay, but Mr. Wonderful thought he could do a better job and created some of his own. He posted them to DISboards and the thread got to be very popular. Over the years and several cruises later, the collection of “ears” has grown. It started off being just Mickey ears with different hats but has grown to other characters as well.
Here is the latest to add to the collection.
To download any of these ears, visit our Stateroom Mickey Ears and then some page. They are available to download and print for your personal use. Instructions for printing are at the bottom of the page. If you would like to save these for later (for when you take that cruise), you can visit my Pinterest board to pin the images. Hope you enjoy this latest set of ears! Happy Easter!!
