Tex-Mex Recipes to Spice Up Dinner

I love Mexican food, it is one of my favorite types of foods along with Italian. However, I feel like what we are accustomed to as Mexican is actually considered Tex-Mex. I have had authentic Mexican food and it is all fantastic in my opinion! I have been seeing many of these recipes on the Merry Monday parties lately so I thought it would be fun to compile some Tex-Mex recipes to spice up dinner. These look really good and I can’t wait to try some!!
