Without further delay, here is my Silver and Gold Christmas Tablescape. 🙂

I have never really been a table decorating person before starting blogging. But I have to say I am really starting to enjoy it. Now I will have to come up with excuses to have people over to enjoy the tablescapes I decorate! 🙂
I knew that I wanted to use my DIY dough bowl filled with ornaments on the table. Ever since Mr. Wonderful made it for me, I couldn’t wait for Christmas for this exact reason! I think it looks beautiful filled with silver and gold ornaments. Next year I want to fill it with colored ornaments!
I LOVE the tapered candles in the middle as well. Aren’t they gorgeous? Coupled with a string of fairy lights, they look so great, especially at night!
I found these plates and bowls at the Goodwill for $8! Score! They fit into my theme perfectly and I had literally just stopped at Hobby Lobby before going to the Goodwill and saw some similar plates there for much more! I was a little ecstatic, to say the least!
I made up some DIY glittered pear placeholders to go on top of the bowls. These were very simple to make and look stunning! I will be sharing that tutorial with you soon.
I have always wanted to try some ribbon on the back of our chairs. However, our dining room chairs are robust and they have a bit of a curve to them. So to use ribbon across the width of the chair was going to be tough. I thought this was a way to compromise. I think it looks fantastic! What do you think?
I found these tear shaped ornaments that I added to the ribbon. Also I used them hanging from the chandelier. I thought they fit in well with the pear placeholders. They look a little pear shaped, right?
This is one of the most elegant tablescapes that I have done and I LOVE it! I think it will stay up for a while. 🙂
Hope you enjoyed my silver and gold Christmas tablescape, better late than never! I will be back tomorrow for the 11th day of Christmas. I promise to be on time with that post! 😉

Your tablescape is quaint and elegantly beautiful at the same time. The diy doughbowl is a showstopper. What a wonderful gift from hubs. Pinning.

You are so kind Leanna!! Thank you! I love my dough bowl, he did a great job on it, it was the best gift! Merry Christmas!
This is stunning! Maybe someday I’ll get out the vintage china I inherited, it has gold in it, and I’ll do something this beautiful too.
You are so sweet! Thanks for stopping by with all your nice comments. 🙂
